PARTNER MOVES - Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits Practice partner Maj Vasegh rejoins Latham & Watkins in the Bay Area

Latham & Watkins LLP is pleased to announce that Maj Vaseghi has rejoined the firm’s Bay Area offices as a partner in the Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits Practice and member of the Tax Department. Vaseghi advises clients on all aspects of executive compensation and employee benefits matters in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. She also represents companies, board compensation committees, and senior executives with respect to executive compensation matters.

Vaseghi’s practice includes advising public companies across a range of industries on corporate governance, securities law reporting and compliance, and proxy advisory and institutional stockholder voting guidelines.
