Ramineni and a team of lawyers, professionals and support staff joined Fragomen’s Boston office following the firm’s acquisition of the Boston and Atlanta based immigration practice Ramineni & Shepard, LLC.

Ramineni brings with him two decades of experience practicing law in both the U.S. and India, focusing on corporate immigration and compliance matters for companies in the IT consulting, medical, dental, hospitality and construction industries. He has particular experience in the movement of skilled personnel from India to the US, and also counsels clients on compliance issues such as U.S. Department of Labor H-1B, Wage and Hour and I-9 ICE audits.
