International law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has boosted its corporate practice with the appointment of Olivier Rogivue to strengthen the firm’s international capital markets, M&A and corporate advisory offering.
Olivier Rogivue is an M&A and corporate lawyer, with a solid track record of advising large industrial clients in France and in relation to international transactions. He will be based in the firm’s Paris office.
Olivier trained with Slaughter & May and worked there for 11 years in both the firm’s London and Paris offices, before joining Parisian law firm Bredin Prat where he has been a partner for the last six years. He has a Masters in Law from University of Paris XI, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Kent, Canterbury, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, London. Olivier is an English -and French- qualified lawyer.
