Mitcham’s practice is focused on securitization, structured finance, asset-backed lending and credit funds, with an emphasis in structuring transactions and funds to be compliant with EU risk retention rules.

“Cameron’s broad range of experience in financial regulation and transactions will be a great addition to our growing global Finance Practice,” said David J. Greenwald, chairman of Fried Frank. “I am delighted to welcome Cameron to the firm.”
