Gibson’s arrival will further cement the firm’s position as a global leader in this area.
Gibson joins Fragomen after more than 16 years at EY, where he was responsible for leading the people advisory services practice in the Asia-Pacific region. He brings with him in-depth experience in developing and advising on programs related to mobility and immigration, compensation and reward, HR technology and systems, talent management, organizational performance, change management, organizational design, HR process improvement and M&A.
