Based in the firm’s Toronto office, Sara brings a wealth of experience in M&A and private equity deals, with a focus on domestic, international and cross-border transactions across a wide variety of sectors. She advises both buyers and sellers at all stages of development, ranging from startups to private and public companies.

Sara complements her M&A practice as a transaction risk adviser to global insurance companies. Clients regularly seek her assistance throughout the underwriting process of issuing representations and warranties insurance policies.
