Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Amsterdam office continues its strategic growth with the addition of Maarten de Boorder as shareholder in its Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice. De Boorder Joins from Jones Day.
He focuses on private equity and venture capital, often with a technology angle. He also has experience in resolving shareholder disputes before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. Furthermore, he advises European companies on investments and setting up business activities in the United States, as well as advising U.S. clients doing business in Europe.
