Dr. Thomas Kreuz (42) joined HEUKING’s Stuttgart office as a Salaried Partner, effective January 1, 2025. Previously a Partner at OPPENLÄNDER Rechtsanwälte specializing in corporate law, Dr. Kreuz had also gained a decade of experience in corporate law at Gleiss Lutz.

Thomas Kreuz brings extensive expertise in compliance, shareholder disputes, and D&O liability. He also focuses on cooperative law and stock corporation law.

At HEUKING, he will enhance the teams of Dr. Anne De Boer (Capital Markets), Jens-Hendrik Janzen (Corporate, Litigation), Dr. Hermann Ali Hinderer, and Dr. Rainer Herschlein (both Corporate/Private Equity). His practice will include D&O liability, stock corporation law, shareholder disputes, and the expansion of cooperative law services.

With the addition of Thomas Kreuz, the Stuttgart office now comprises 25 lawyers, including 7 Salaried Partners.
