A partner in our Corporate Commercial Group, Jay brings more than 14 years of experience in the area of intellectual property; including patents, trademarks, and technology licensing. Jay is a registered patent agent in both Canada and the US, as well as a registered Canadian Trademark Agent. He prepares and prosecutes patent and trademark applications.
