100 years is just the beginning! Building on their heritage, the partners of Jeantet, who are celebrating this year the 100th anniversary of the creation of the firm, announce the strengthening of their Real Estate Law team.

The firm continues its development dynamic with the arrival of Chloé Strasser as partner and her team made up of Neda Tassoubi – counsel and Camille Zell – associate.

Thanks to these recruitments, the team led by Catherine Saint Geniest confirms its leading position in this sector with a dozen specialized lawyers. The team supports its clients both in advice and in litigation in all operations of acquisitions and disposals of assets and real estate companies, development and construction, asset management, rental, and more broadly in the all the issues in the real estate sector.

Chloé Strasser – partner supports national and international clients (investment funds, asset managers, construction companies and real estate developers) in their investment, development and management projects of all types of assets, including offices, hotels, leisure centers, shopping centers, industrial premises, residential assets, managed residences etc. Collaborator at Jeantet from 2013 to 2015, in Catherine Saint Geniest's team, Chloé Strasser was until then Counsel in the Paris office of BCLP.

Neda Tassoubi – counsel works with a French and foreign clientele made up of institutional landlords and end users in the context of acquisitions and sales of assets and real estate companies, joint venture development projects, financing, leasing and whatever the type of assets. Neda Tassoubi began her career at LPA-CGR and arrives from BCLP.

Camille Zell – associate assists French and international clients on all legal issues related to real estate, both in advice and litigation. She is regularly involved in the acquisition, sale, rental and development of all types of real estate assets.
