Keystone Law has announced the appointment of five partners and one consultant solicitor to the firm. Rebecca Garner, Anouska Kapur, Deepak Manghnani, Robert Ganpatsingh, Charlotte Pollard, and Neave Maguire will bolster the expertise and client service offered by Keystone’s growing Aviation, Residential Property, Commercial Property, Dispute Resolution, Private Client, and Construction & Engineering practices.

The new appointments are:
Rebecca Garner – Aviation
Rebecca specialises in structured finance. She advises airlines, investment funds, and financial institutions on a range of aircraft finance and leasing transactions, including JOLCOs, ECA financing, operating leases, tax-enhanced structures, PDP financing, sale and leasebacks, French tax leases, Islamic finance, sub-leases, wet leases, and fuel and commodities hedging.
Rebecca was a Partner at Stephenson Harwood prior to joining Keystone.
Anouska Kapur – Residential Property
Anouska has a particular focus on high-value Central London assets. Her practice includes the sale and purchase of prime leasehold and freehold properties, the acquisition and disposal of development sites, and advising on bank security and equity release matters.
Anouska regularly acts for overseas investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trust companies, developers, landlords, and banks.
Anouska joins the firm from Child & Child where she was a Partner.
Deepak Manghnani – Commercial and Residential Property
Deepak specialises in company and commercial acquisitions involving commercial property, hotel and leisure complexes, retail and industrial estates, residential care homes, and other commercial businesses. He specifically advises on the acquisition of commercial freeholds, and disposals or leasings of new buildings that often involve complex construction and financing arrangements, and also advises on residential portfolios including the buying and selling of properties throughout London and the South East.
Deepak moved to Keystone having been a Partner and Head of Commercial Property at Adams & Remers.
Robert Ganpatsingh – Dispute Resolution
Robert has extensive expertise in all forms of dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and adjudication with the aim of settling before court litigation. He regularly handles cases before the courts, including those involving worldwide freezing injunctions in high-value disputes.
Robert has specialist knowledge and experience in relation to intellectual property and disputes affecting shareholders and company boards.
Robert was a Partner at DMH Stallard before joining Keystone.
Charlotte Pollard – Private Client
Charotte is a full member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), with specific qualifications in advising vulnerable clients. Her work includes wills, estate planning, lasting powers of attorney, probate, and both will and lifetime trusts.
Charlotte administers estates of varying size and complexity, including intestacies. She has experience in unusual grant of probate applications and re-sealing overseas grants of representation for international clients with UK assets.
Prior to joining Keystone, Charlotte was a Partner at Buckles Solicitor.
Neave Maguire – Construction & Projects
Neave advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters across the full project lifecycle. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating NEC, JCT, and bespoke contracts on major UK and international infrastructure projects across the energy, transport, life sciences, and residential sectors.
Neave advises on complex disputes involving fire safety, delay and disruption, latent defects, final accounts, and wrongful termination. She has experience in adjudications, mediations, expert determinations, and court proceedings, including before the Court of Appeal.
Neave was a Senior Legal Consultant at global construction consultancy Systech.
