The Milan office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Arturo Meglio as a partner in the firm’s corporate/M&A practice. He joins K&L Gates from Bird & Bird LLP.

Meglio advises public and private companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and other transactions. He has significant experience counseling on reorganization issues for family-owned groups.

Active within the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, logistics/transportation, and food industries, Meglio also assists foreign corporations — including those from Brazil, the Czech Republic, France, Greece, Japan, and the United States — in entering and conducting business in the Italian markets.

Meglio is the third new partner to join K&L Gates’ corporate practice in as many months, following the additions of Paris partner Jean-Patrice Labautière in February and Singapore/Shanghai partner Siew Kam Boon in January.
