The Frankfurt office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP has added Klaus Banke as a partner in its corporate/M&A practice. Banke arrives at the firm from Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.
A corporate lawyer with broad transactional experience, Banke advises international and German companies on M&A transactions and joint ventures as well as on general corporate law. He focuses primarily on cross-border transactions – particularly French-German matters – and the energy sector. Banke also has extensive experience in international arbitration proceedings.
With his clear international orientation and his focus on the energy law market, Banke strengthens both a key practice area for the firm and K&L Gates’ Frankfurt office.
