Originally announced in October, 2024, Mr. Grimwood’s arrival further expands and strengthens the firm’s growing M&A and private equity practices in London, positioning the firm to meet increasing demand from its financial sponsor clients in the UK and internationally.

Prior to joining Debevoise, Mr. Grimwood was a private equity M&A partner at another international law firm in London.
