Pagotto is highly-regarded in the real estate industry and has established herself as a leading lawyer in the area of federal, state and local government real estate, particularly General Services Administration leasing. She represents clients nationwide in responding to expressions of interest, requests for proposals, lease negotiations, lease administration, audit responses, compliance, acquisitions, dispositions and financings involving government properties. She is also well-versed in a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, development and finance. Pagotto has a proven track record of handling major transactions for top developers, Fortune 500 clients and private individuals, and her experience spans various sectors, including office, retail, industrial and more.
