The international law firm Gianni & Origoni announces the entry of Luca Dal Cerro , an expert professional in the field of international, financial and real estate taxation, who joins the Tax Law department as an Equity Partner at the headquarters in Milan.

Dal Cerro comes from Legance's Tax team, where he arrived in 2019 after fifteen years of experience gained first in the Tremonti Vitali Romagnoli Piccardi firm, then in Linklaters. Over the years, the lawyer has gained significant experience in structured finance operations with particular regard to inbound and outbound investments, assisting Italian and international clients in all areas of tax law, with particular regard to investment operations in the real estate field, M&A and securitisations, as well as equity and debt capital markets, syndicated loans, corporate and structured finance.

Dal Cerro is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) in Italy, of the tax table of Assoimmobiliare and of AIFI.
