Jared focuses his practice on securities litigation, specifically securities class actions and shareholder derivative actions, appellate litigation, and other complex commercial litigation. He joins from Cleary Gottlieb.

Dozens of underwriters of Lehman Brothers securities in the multidistrict securities litigation filed following the company’s bankruptcy, including in obtaining a landmark ruling from the Supreme Court holding that class-action tolling does not apply to the Securities Act’s statute of repose
