Gayle joined Morgan Cole in 1990 and has over 20 years experience working in health and social care for NHS and independent sector clients. During her time as a partner at Morgan Cole, Gayle headed up the firm’s Health and Social Care Strategy for England and led on numerous high profile matters for the Department of Health, central Government, health care providers, commissioners and commissioning support services. She has a deep understanding of the sector and is described by legal industry “bible” Chambers UK as “pragmatic, proactive and very commercially aware".

In addition to working as a non-executive director in the NHS for three years, Gayle also completed a number of secondments, including the Department of Health’s commercial and commissioning directorates.
