DLA Piper today announces that Muriel Goldberg-Darmon has joined the firm's Corporate practice as a partner, alongside a team including Emmanuel El Medioni (counsel), Cécile Szymanski (legal director), and Guillaume Guerin (senior associate).

The team join from Dentons, and will strengthen and enhance DLA Piper's capabilities in corporate law and financial markets in Paris.

Muriel has experience with mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, securities issuance, IPOs, corporate governance and financial communication, as well as financial services compliance. She also specialises in investigational procedures, control and sanction of the AMF (French Financial Market authority), as well as stock exchange proceedings.
