Ropes & Gray announced that Nitin Konchady, a seasoned capital markets lawyer specializing in distressed and special situations capital markets transactions, has joined as a partner in the finance and credit opportunities practice. He expands the firm’s elite team of established capital solutions, finance, and restructuring lawyers.

Nitin brings a multi-dimensional perspective and a creative problem-solving approach to advising investment funds, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, issuers, and ad hoc committees. Clients turn to him with their most complex issues related to public and private debt and equity investments, offerings, and liability management transactions. His experience covers multiple industries and regions, including the U.S., UK, and continental Europe.
