A prominent transactional lawyer with more than 30 years of cross-border corporate experience has joined the global legal practice of Norton Rose Fulbright's US member firm as a partner.
Christopher Hilbert comes to Norton Rose Fulbright's New York office from Jones Day, where he was a partner. His practice covers a wide range of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, finance, capital markets and significant contracts. His client representations include aerospace and rail transportation manufacturers, energy companies and financial institutions.
