Dentons announces the addition of LiLing Poh to its Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies (VTG) practice as a partner in its Silicon Valley office. Chair of her prior firm’s US Emerging Growth and Venture Capital Group, Poh brings clients an array of corporate knowledge, particularly with respect to emerging growth companies and venture capital groups.

Throughout her career, Poh has been instrumental in guiding first-time investors, corporate venture capital groups, large-scale international corporations and early-stage companies in debt and equity financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate counseling. Much of her global practice focuses on corporate strategic investing and representing large corporations that invest in innovation. Her cross-border experience includes closing deals throughout the US, Asia, Europe and Australia, and it spans a range of industries including healthcare, technology, life sciences and cosmetics industries.
