International legal practice Osborne Clarke has made up nine Partners across Europe, with UK promotions to follow at the end of its financial year. The promotions span across the firm's sectors and include practitioners across: IT Data, IP, disputes and risk, corporate, restructuring, financial regulation and procurement practice areas.

In addition to the promotions, Linn Solholm joins as a Partner and our new Head of the Built Environment Sector Team in Stockholm. She joins from Sweden's largest law firm, Mannheimer Swartling, where she spent nearly eight years in the firm's real estate practice group.
A specialist in commercial real estate transactions, Linn regularly advises on large and complex projects, direct real estate transactions, corporate transactions, real estate joint ventures and property formation. She also brings a wealth of experience advising on commercial tenancy and other usufruct, contract negotiations, matters with construction issues, as well as project, development, structural and corporate issues. Her clients regularly include real estate companies, listed companies, funds, municipalities and state-owned companies, among others.
With a keen interest in helping companies achieve their growing sustainability ambitions, Linn also joins the firm's Energy and Utilities Sector Team and will together with the growing team in Sweden help clients with energy transactions and land permits among other areas.
