PARTNER MOVES - Osborne Clarke continues to expand its Amsterdam office with new Partner hire

International legal practice, Osborne Clarke today announces that Bas Beenen joins the firm as a Real Estate Partner in the Amsterdam office.

Bas joins the firm from RechtStaete, a niche firm, which started in 2001. Bas was the Managing Partner at RechtStaete between 2011 and 2013.

Bas specialises in commercial property. He has considerable expertise in contracting and advising on cross-border transactions, joint ventures and asset management, as well as the purchase, sale and leaseback of residential, retail and office development projects. Bas also has a broad range of experience in litigation, representing clients in civil and arbitration proceedings.

Bas is a member of several real estate groups in The Netherlands, including the Dutch bar Association, the Association of Property Lawyers, the Association of Construction Law and the Association of Construction Law Lawyers.
