PARTNER MOVES - Osborne Clarke strengthens the Paris office with new Partner hire

Osborne Clarke has hired Corporate and Real Estate partner Catherine Olive. Catherine joins from Landwell & Associés and has a track record of advising on M&A, JVs, reorganisations and restructurings, emissions values securities and fundraisings. Her client base includes both listed and private companies, as well as investors. Catherine has significant experience of transactions and cross-border projects and assisting foreign investors in France, across a large number of industry sectors, including technology. Catherine also advises listed entities on their corporate governance and stock exchange rules, and incentive plans. Catherine also has significant transactional experience in real estate, including sale and lease-back operations and commercial leases, across the hotel and logistics sectors.

Catherine brings her team with her which consists Legal Director Stéphane Catays and 2 Associates, Eve Huchon and Florent Gurlie. The firm also welcomes Associate Isabelle do Rego from De Gaulle Fleurance et Associés.

The hires reinforce Osborne Clarke's stated aim to grow quickly in the French capital in light of the needs of its national and international clients.
