Arnold & Porter announced that Abigail Struthers has re-joined Arnold & Porter’s Intellectual Property practice as a partner, resident in New York. Ms. Struthers most recently served as Senior IP Litigation Counsel at Sandoz.

Abby, who worked closely with our life sciences patent team for more than 15 years, will bring her excellent patent litigation skills to our roster of clients across key industries.”
Ms. Struthers is a widely recognized intellectual property practitioner with deep experience in patent litigations and intellectual property transactions. She handles matters in every stage of litigation, including discovery management, trial and appeal, both in state and federal court and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Ms. Struthers regularly advises on patent due diligence investigations and counsels clients in connection with licenses and acquisitions She has extensive experience in the life sciences sector and on matters regarding small molecule pharmaceuticals, biologic drug products, and drug delivery technology.

Ms. Struthers earned her JD from Fordham University School of Law and her BA from Wesleyan University.
