Further strengthening the firm’s European and global tax practice, Paul Hastings LLP is pleased to announced that the firm has hired Charles Filleux-Pommerol as a partner in Paris.

In addition to focusing on the tax aspects of private equity and M&A transactions, Filleux-Pommerol has strong experience in structuring management packages, tax audits and tax litigation.

He is joined by an associate, Laëtitia Mingarelli, who advises and litigates on transactional and corporate tax matters, including she assists clients on private equity transactions, and the structuring and implementation of management packages.

Filleux-Pommerol and Mingarelli’s additions reflect investment in the firm’s European tax capabilities, and will also further strengthen Paul Hastings’ premier European private equity practice across London, Paris and Frankfurt, including consolidating the firm's strong position in the Paris LBO market.
