PARTNER MOVES - Perkins Coie bolsters technology transactions & privacy practice with addition of Adam Shevell in San Francisco

Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that Adam Shevell has joined the firm’s Technology Transactions & Privacy practice as partner in San Francisco. Adam will further bolster the firm’s deep presence serving entrepreneurs and technology companies across Silicon Valley and beyond.

Adam advises technology companies through all stages of the startup lifecycle, including product launch, fundraising, strategic partnerships and exit transactions. He represents prominent venture capital firms as well as leading technology companies, such as Google, Pinterest, and Roblox.

His clients and experience span many cutting-edge industries, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, Web3 and blockchain, DeFi, AR and VR, digital media, autonomous mobility, e-gaming, fintech, digital health, cleantech, robotics, and other emerging sectors.

Adam joins Perkins Coie from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he co-led the technology transactions practice in San Francisco. He earned his Bachelor of Science from McGill University, his Master of Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
