Piper Alderman has enhanced its National Corporate practice with the addition of new partner Tania Zordan to the Sydney team. Tania comes to the firm with over 20 years' experience in a range of corporate and commercial law.

She has extensive experience in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions in a variety of industries and has a reputation for providing pragmatic advice on the structure and implementation of major infrastructure projects, joint ventures, capital raisings/IPOs, corporate restructures, corporate governance and compliance and general corporate advice. She also has experience in licensing and distribution, franchising, technology, e-commerce, intellectual property and privacy.
