Proskauer is pleased to welcome GP solutions partner Stefan Paulovic in the Firm’s New York office. Stefan is one of the leading strategic and innovative advisors in the GP solutions space over the last decade and brings deep expertise and market knowledge in GP stakes and other complex asset management transactions. He will expand the Firm’s GP solutions capabilities across all deal types including asset management M&A, minority stake investments, sponsor-level preferred equity transactions, joint ventures, spin-outs, seed deals and sponsor-level economic and governance arrangements including succession planning and value creation initiatives. Stefan will work collaboratively across a number of practice areas and groups, including the Firm’s Private Equity Transactions, Private Credit and Private Investment Funds Groups.

Stefan will work in close partnership with Proskauer partners Grant Darwin and Steven Peck to lead the Firm’s comprehensive GP solutions practice area. Grant and Steven have deep experience advising private capital sponsors on M&A, joint ventures, and secondary transactions. Stefan adds a complementary perspective rooted in years of experience in portfolio company M&A, fundraising and, over the past decade, a focus on the GP solutions space. Together, they will cover the full market, from buy-side to sell-side.
