Simmons & Simmons has appointed Rob Hendriks as partner to its Amsterdam corporate team*. Rob joined the team on 01 May 2014, and has over 20 years’ experience practicing corporate law and advising on M&A, private equity and restructurings.

With Rob’s appointment, the Amsterdam corporate team now has six partners. Pieter van Uchelen, head of the corporate team, commented “With Rob joining the team, we are giving further substance to the envisaged growth of our international corporate group. The considerable expertise and experience Rob brings to the team will be an excellent supplement to our existing practice.”
