International law firm Simmons & Simmons has expanded its corporate team, and its Bristol office, with the appointment of partner, Patrick Graves.* Patrick joins the firm from Osborne Clarke, where he was a partner. While Patrick’s practice covers all aspects of corporate/M&A and corporate finance, he has specialised in ECM since advising on his first London Stock Exchange listing in 1992.

Patrick’s appointment is the fourth partner appointment in recent months to Simmons & Simmons’ Bristol office with Mahrie Webb, Hinal Patel and Jocelyn Ormond all having joined the office since the beginning of May. Simmons & Simmons now has 9 partners and 34 fee earners based in Bristol.
