Boasting over two decades of experience, Isabelle is a distinguished Private Equity expert. She has a track record of guiding clients through intricate mergers and acquisitions, mid-cap Leveraged Buyouts (LBO), and Venture Capital initiatives. Additionally, she brings deep knowledge in the health and life sciences sector, aligning with Simmons' long-standing strategic focus in Paris.

Isabelle Meyrier graduated from King’s College London and holds a dual master's degree in French and English law from the University of Panthéon-Sorbonne. She began her career at PDGB before joining the Private Equity team at King & Wood Mallesons (formerly SJ Berwin) in 2005, and then moved to Goodwin in 2016, along with the same team. Most recently, she held the position of Legal Director at the investment fund JEITO, specializing in biotechnologies, where she developed her expertise in Health and Life Sciences.
