Simmons & Simmons France is announcing the arrival of Arnaud Félix as Partner, and Domitille Cabaud as Associate. Arnaud will be joining the Corporate / M&A department in Paris headed by Jérôme Patenotte. With his arrival, the firm reaffirms its expansion strategy.

As an expert in M&A and complex cross-border transactions, Arnaud Félix will assist listed and unlisted companies, private and public financial institutions, investment funds on their transactions in France and globally, and will advise in matters of corporate governance and stock market law.

As a recognised expert in the energy transition sector, Arnaud will be advising industry players on their renewable projects, such as green infrastructures.

Arnaud's recruitment is strategic for several reasons, as it enables to strengthen Simmons’ Corporate/M&A practice as well as extend its range of services for investment fund clients, particularly in the energy sector, offering them integrated, full-service support from structuring through to investment.

Graduate of Sciences-Po Paris and l'ENA (French national school of administration), Arnaud holds a master’s degree in economics from Paris-Dauphine. He began his career as an administrative magistrate before joining the French financial markets authority, also known as the “Autorité des Marchés Financiers” (AMF). He previously worked in a number of international law firms in France and the United States.
