A highly experienced, trilingual litigator, Jennifer joins Simmons after nearly two decades at a US-headquartered international law firm and its associated Hong Kong firm.
Jennifer advises on all areas of employment law, with a particular focus on contentious employment, discrimination, harassment, and data privacy disputes. She has extensive experience in managing high-profile and complex employment litigation across multiple court levels in Hong Kong.
Alongside her wide litigation expertise, Jennifer also supports clients on internal corporate investigations, disciplinary issues, termination of employment, and labour relations matters.
The new partner hire will significantly boost the capabilities of Simmons’ Hong Kong employment practice, which has seen increasing demand for both domestic and cross-border services in Hong Kong and in the Greater Bay Area.
Jennifer will join the firm in its Hong Kong office on 6 May 2025.
