International law firm Taylor Wessing has today announced the addition of a lateral partner hire to its Corporate Technology team. Angus Miln is an outstanding international corporate lawyer with an extensive track record in venture capital, growth equity, M&A, private equity, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. Angus joins the firm from Bird & Bird, where he founded and led their Venture Capital practice. Prior to this, Angus was at the London office of US firm Latham & Watkins.

Angus is a Band 1-ranked venture capital lawyer who brings deep experience across a wide range of sectors, including technology, fintech, media and communications, life sciences, aerospace and defence, and cleantech.
