Top 45 National Law Firm Weightmans are growing their Real Estate team, with two Partners, Nathan East and Edwina Farrell. They both join from DAC Beachcroft and collectively bring over 25 years of experience in advising clients on real estate, projects and commercial joint ventures in the healthcare and emergency services sectors.

Edwina acts mainly for healthcare clients, in particular General Medical Practitioners on a full range of GP partnership business as well as real estate matters specialising in landlord and tenant, and surgery development transactions. She has also represented NHS and public sector organisations on a variety of complex property and collaboration projects.

Nathan is experienced in commercial property, capital projects and joint ventures, specialising in the healthcare and emergency services sector for over a decade. He specialises in advising healthcare professionals, NHS bodies, Foundation Trusts, Fire and Rescue Services, Ambulance Trusts, and real estate funders and developers.
