International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP announced that Nili Moghaddam has joined the Firm as a partner in the Complex Commercial Litigation practice, based in the New York office.

Nili’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, government and internal investigations, white collar defense and regulatory compliance. She joins from Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, where she was a partner in that firm’s Litigation practice. She previously held top legal roles at financial services platform Robinhood and digital tech startups Bungalow and Rally. From 2008 through 2014, Nili served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California, where she investigated, prosecuted and tried complex cases involving national security, racketeering and financial offenses.
