Chicago, IL - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented an affiliate of private equity firm Beecken Petty O’Keefe & Company in the acquisition of Kforce Healthcare, Inc., the health information management business of Kforce Inc. (NASDAQ: KFRC), a provider of professional staffing services and solutions, for $119 million.
 
Private Equity partner Brian Richards led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partners Chris Sheaffer, Ziemowit Smulkowski and Louis Hernandez and associates Holly Snow and Justin Taylor.

Paul Hastings lawyers also recently represented Beecken Petty O’Keefe & Company and its affiliates in the acquisitions of Paragon Medical, Inc. and Maxor National Pharmacy Services, the acquisition and subsequent disposition, along with an affiliate of KKR, of Sunrise Senior Living, Inc. and the disposition of ISG Holdings, Inc. to Xerox.
