Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented SFX Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”), the largest global producer of live events and digital entertainment content focused exclusively on the electronic music culture and other world-class festivals, in connection with its Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $65 million of additional 9.625% second lien senior secured notes due 2019 (the “Notes”) and a concurrent $10 million private placement of Notes to an entity controlled by Robert F.X. Sillerman, the Company’s chief executive officer and chairman of its board of directors. Paul Hastings also represented the Company in connection with related amendments to the indenture governing the Notes and the Company’s revolving credit facility.
