Pinsent Masons advises Brookdale Care on sale to Tracscare

Pinsent Masons has advised the shareholders of Brookdale Care on its sale to Tracscare, leading specialist provider of care and support for adults with challenging and complex needs.

The long established care provider, Brookdale, is renowned for its specialism in delivering outstanding care and support for people with autism and its leading Milton Park Therapeutic Campus. The campus provides an innovative care pathway, with specialist services for psychiatric intensive care, intensive behavioural support, transition and registered residential needs.

Tracscare is a leading care and support provider, with over 25 years of experience in supporting individuals with acquired brain injury, mental health needs, autism and learning disabilities.

Corporate partner Joanne Ellis led the Pinsent Masons’ team, assisted by senior associate Rhian Critchell, solicitor Daniel Braithwaite and trainee Jodie Woollin. Legal director Tom Eastwood also advised in relation to the property aspects of the transaction.
