Jungberg & Rothman Kvartersfastigheter has divested the Gasverket project to CA Fastigheter. Jungberg & Rothman Kvartersfastigheter will remain as a minority shareholder and the two parties will work together to carry out the project in collaboration with the City of Stockholm.

The Gasverket real estate is located in one of Northern Europe's largest urban development projects, Norra Djurgårdsstaden. Within the new district, Gasverket will form the centre of commerce, culture, experiences and neighbourhood services. The project will also include housing. All of the zoning plan are expected to gain legal effect during 2018 at the latest.

For several years, Jungberg & Rothman Kvartersfastigheter has primarily been represented by Klas Wennström and Natalie Bretz, who also assisted in the transaction.
