Slaughter and May, as part of a team with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP as US counsel, is advising Reckitt Benckiser Group plc on the issue by its subsidiary, Reckitt Benckiser Treasury Services plc, of US$500,000,000 2.125% Senior Notes due 2018 and US$500,000,000 3.625% Senior Notes due 2023 (together, the  'Notes') fully and unconditionally guaranteed by Reckitt Benckiser Group plc.

The Notes, which are governed by New York law, are expected to be issued on 23 September 2013 and are expected to be admitted to listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the regulated market of the London Stock Exchange.
