Reed Smith has advised ENGIE AXIMA, a subsidiary of French multinational energy group ENGIE, on its acquisition of Hamburg-headquartered Noske-Kaeser Group (Noske-Kaeser) out of insolvency proceedings through a combined share and asset deal. The acquisition was subject to antitrust clearance by the German Federal Cartel Office.
