Regina Miracle International Limited Completes HK$1,652 Million (US$213.2 Million) Hong Kong Initial Public Offering and Rule 144A/Regulation S Offering

Simpson Thacher represented Regina Miracle International (Holdings) Limited in connection with its initial public offering in Hong Kong and Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of an aggregate of 295 million ordinary shares, which raised approximately HK$1,652 million (approximately US$213.2 million) in gross proceeds. The ordinary shares of Regina Miracle International (Holdings) Limited are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Morgan Stanley acted as the sole sponsor and sole global coordinator.

Regina Miracle is the world’s largest bra manufacturing company. It innovates, designs and manufactures a wide range of intimate wear and functional sports products for leading global brands, including Victoria’s Secret, Calvin Klein, Under Armour and adidas.

The Simpson Thacher team for the transaction included Chris Wong, Chris Lin, Marjory Ding, Heather Tsai and Martina To (Corporate); and Robert Holo, John Creed and George Davis (Tax).
