Rikshem has acquired residential properties in Haparanda, Umeå and Östersund from Akelius. The properties consist of approximately 1,700 apartments and the value of the properties is approximately SEK 1,9 billion.

Rikshem is one of Sweden’s largest private real property companies and is owned by the Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund and AMF.

Rikshem were advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team primarily included Tomas Johansson and Henrik Willborg.
