Roschier represents Patricia Industries, a part of Investor AB, in its acquisition of LABORIE, a Canadian medical technology company which focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of urologic and gastrointestinal disorders, from Audax Private Equity.

The acquisition, which is subject to approval by the relevant competition authorities, is expected to close during the third quarter 2016.
