Roschier represented the selling shareholders and Eltel AB (publ) in the initial public offering of Eltel’s shares and listing on Nasdaq Stockholm. BNP Paribas, Morgan Stanley and SEB are acting as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners of the offering and Pohjola Bank is acting as a Co-Lead Manager. Morgan Stanley is acting as stabilisation manager in relation to the offering.
 
The offering attracted strong interest among Swedish and international institutional investors as well as Swedish retail investors, and was over-subscribed multiple times. Trading in Eltel’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm commenced on 6 February 2015.
