Roschier represented Deka Immobilien GmbH in a large-scale construction development project regarding construction and acquisition of the Kalasatama Health and Wellbeing Centre to be built in Helsinki by SRV Construction Ltd.

The completion date of the building is expected to be in the fourth quarter of 2017. The rentable area of the building will amount to 18,300 square meters. A long-term lease agreement has been concluded with the City of Helsinki as tenant.
