Roschier represented IK VII Fund, advised by IK Investment Partners, in the acquisition of Evac Oy from funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P.
 
Evac is a global market leader in integrated water and waste management solutions for the marine, offshore and building industries and employs approximately 190 people. The total revenue of the company for financial year 2014 is close to EUR 70 million. Completion of the transaction is subject to legal and regulatory approvals.
